Let’s explore the
OCEAN with Music & Movement!!
Our special event this month will be focused on learning about our OCEANS with music! Let’s put on our swimming gear, DEEP DIVE in Crystal’s submarine, and explore under the water together!
This 30 min virtual event includes:
Costumes: Wear your favorite swim gear (i.e. goggles, floaties, snorkels, etc.)
Ocean artifacts show-and-tell: Bring anything you’ve collected from a beach, shore, or any ocean adventure. If you’ve never been to the ocean, tell us a story of what you would find if you explored the ocean!
Fun Ocean Facts: Facts about our oceans on a preschool level.
Ocean sounds: We will listen to the ocean and re-create the sound with our ocean drums. If you don’t have an ocean drum, you can learn how to make one by visiting our blog and ordering a craft pack.
Sea Creature Build-A-Dance: Kids will get to choose a sea creature at random and we will use the sea creature movements to build a silly dance on Ms. Crystal’s GIANT felt board.
