CAUTION: IMAGINATIONS WILL BE HIGHLY ENGAGED AT MAX CAPACITY! GIGGLES AND FUN WILL BE EVERYWHERE!
Our special event this month is celebrating creativity, teamwork, kindness, and ART through MUSIC! We will be joining kids around the world to celebrate DOT DAY, which is inspired by the book DOT DAY by Peter Reynolds. There are currently over 20 million people in 195 countries celebrating together this September 15th!!
Ms. Crystal will be reading the story, briefly discuss how the dot was important, lead some dot-themed music games, sing the dot song, and then end the class with our nature dot scavenger hunt show-and-tell!
How you can participate from home:
DRESS UP - Wear clothing with dots!
Listen to the book ahead of time
Go on a nature dot scavenger hunt - Find things outside in nature that have dots or circle shapes on them! Bring them to our show-and-tell
Sing the “Dot Song” by Emily Arrow
